The creator of the Captibulle
I'm Sophie Lebon, a mother of 3 and a primary school teacher, from kindergarten to 5th grade, for over 20 years, like any other teaching professional.
I am eager to help my students progress.

Creator of Captibulle
The birth of the Captibulle
One morning in January 2023, a father whose child has concentration difficulties gave me a document from the psychologist who monitors his child, titled "recommendations for teachers", the main points of which are as follows:
- use the "attention tunnel" technique
- reduce distractors near the child (visual, auditory, other disruptive children), especially when concentration is required, prioritize an ordered and uncluttered environment
Following reflection on this document to implement these recommendations, an idea germinated and I created the first "attention tunnel" tool which reduces the visual field and auditory stimuli while freeing the hands to better concentrate and work.
However, the benefit of this tool should not only serve children with concentration disorders but everyone, because difficulty concentrating and noise are perceived by everyone, young and old. We need to get into our own bubble…
The captibulle was born.
Invention of the Captibubble
The benefits of the Captibulle
Patent application filed with the INPI in response to various criteria:
- Reduce visual field and sound stimuli
- "Get into one's own bubble" by refocusing on oneself (reassuring cocoon)
- Give concrete meaning to the term "concentrate"
- Silent messages to make others understand the need for isolation without isolating oneself from the group
- Create an automatic reflex to reproduce without the Captibulle (attention tunnel with one's hands)
- Assert oneself (self-confidence) and learn to respect others
- Become an active participant in one's learning and concentration
- Very light and comfortable to wear tool (36 to 40 grams), made of high-end flexible, tear-resistant, water-resistant, ecological, and food-contact certified plastic material
- Device that allows having 2 hands free
Standards and Certifications
Tests by the Albhades laboratory (Certificate N°ATFR072212) toy standard for more safety
- EN 71-1 Mechanical and physical tests: on all components
- EN 71-2 Flammability tests: on the materials used
- EN 71-3 Chemical tests: on the materials used
Why patent this device?
A patent is reassuring because it prohibits any counterfeiting or reproduction and guarantees the quality of the product. It is a tool developed by a teacher and made in France, which complies with French standards and specifications, allowing it to be used safely by children and adults

The "attention tunnel" technique
Many people automatically use the "attention tunnel" technique without realizing that it is a technique used by psychologists to focus on a particular reading.
This technique involves placing one's elbows on the table and putting one's hands on either side of the face, in order to reduce one's visual field and block out unnecessary visual distractions
