In Ollioules, Sophie Lebon creates the Captibulle, an innovative educational tool to help students concentrate better in class.
An educational innovation born in the classroom
In Ollioules, Sophie Lebon, a primary school teacher, developed a simple and concrete concept to meet an essential need: helping students to concentrate and work better in class.
In January 2023, a parent passed on recommendations from a psychologist to her to support their child who was experiencing attention deficit issues. This was the catalyst for her to start thinking about how to adapt these recommendations to an entire class.
This is how the Captibulle was born.
Recreating a "bubble" of concentration
The Captibulle is based on a principle validated in cognitive science: reducing visual and auditory distractions to promote attention.
Specifically, it allows for:

The student is in their bubble – literally and figuratively – without being isolated from the group.
